Identity: full name, date of birth (to verify age 18+), national ID or passport number (when required for booking verification).


Contact: telephone, email, postal and billing addresses.


Payment and transaction information: payment card or bank details (processed by third-party payment providers).


Booking details: dates, times and special requirements (including any health disclosures necessary for safety).


Communications: messages, emails and other correspondence you send to us.


Photo/video consent: explicit consent where we capture images for promotional use.



Technical and usage data


Device and browsing information (IP address, browser type, operating system), cookie data, and analytics data collected when you visit our website.



3. Legal bases and purposes for processing


We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:


Performance of contract: to process bookings, accept payment, deliver artwork, manage cancellations or rescheduling, validate access to experiences and provide customer support.


Legal compliance: to comply with AML, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.


Legitimate interests: to prevent fraud, maintain security, improve our services, administer bookings, and operate the website.


Consent: where marketing communications or promotional material are concerned, we will rely on consent where required by law.



4. How we share personal data


We share personal data only as necessary to provide our services:


Service providers: payment processors, shipping and logistics companies, booking platform providers, email and marketing platforms, analytics providers. All such processors operate under contract and are required to use data only as instructed and to provide appropriate security safeguards.


Authorities and legal requests: where required by law, regulation, or valid governmental request, including FIUs and law enforcement for AML matters.


Professional advisors: accountants, auditors, lawyers and other advisors when necessary.


Business transfers: in the event of a merger, sale or transfer of assets, customer data may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to confidentiality obligations.

Personal data may be processed or stored outside your country of residence. When transferring data cross-border we use suitable safeguards (contracts, standard contractual clauses, or similar mechanisms) to ensure a comparable level of protection.

Booking and transactional records: minimum seven (7) years.


KYC/ID documentation: minimum seven (7) years following the end of the business relationship.


Marketing consent and preferences: retained until opt-out or withdrawal of consent.


Website analytics and logs: retained for a limited operational period consistent with internal policies.

NDIRI PANO and KGOGO experiential products are strictly for adults aged 18 years and older. We do not intentionally collect or market to minors for these experiences.

In the event of a personal data breach that creates a risk to your rights and freedoms, KGOGO will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.


12. Changes to this policy


We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last updated” date.
